TRTC is operating in compliance to Sb 420 and prop 215. In other words, they are legally allowed to trade cannabis with other prop 215 / 420 patients - period. They aren't selling to illegal storefronts to be sold again. In the eyes of the law, they're trading non-profit dollars within hands of patients. This is in compliance with the federal and state government, and keeping risk low. TRTC's distributors can do the same. Anyone doing illegal things like crossing state lines falls on the person taking it over the state lines - not TRTC.
