I found evidence and posted it over a year ago. Paul Giles was arrested in Vancouver in the late '80's for dealing cocaine.

Him and Patrick Smyth also have a long history in the biker gang/ porn industry through Starnet, which also attracted police attention. He abandoned ship and left North America.
