This is too funny maybe we just don't have the "brain matter" running NEOM that you would have thought? Seems like the big companies as you speak realized that working with NEOM wasn't going to make them any real serious money. She sure learned how to stick it to the shareholders over the years while sitting back and making millions for herself.
