If you read the transcript carefully it says begin factory acceptance testing first week of December. This is how false expectations get set up, and then claims the company is lying, etc. I see nothing that says the systems will ship this week, but it is fair to say for sure they will ship in the next few weeks. Below is a quote from the transcript, and anyone who has done business with the gov't knows factory acceptance testing (despite comments in the past on this forum that it shouldn't be needed) is standard with any gov't contract, and may take more than a week depending on the length of the tests and the number of units. A gov't witness must sign off on the test of each individual unit, it is written into any gov't contract delivering hardware and/or software, and is a lengthy and tedious procedure. I have been on the contractor side and have been part of these tests where a gov't representative, is sitting beside me as the tests are executed and taking detailed notes. For this device it may be simpler than complex systems I've delivered with hundreds of discrete functions, but it may be just as long for 400 units with a single function (but detecting many types of explosives) vs. delivering 10 units with hundreds of functions each which I have done. Again, the transcript verbatim (except a few parts are bolded):

"We actually have a firm date from them that says they are now coming to our facility in the first week of December to begin doing their process, which is called factory acceptance test and evaluation or FAT testing, and that is the precursor to the common name, inspect all the system if they are compliant with the configuration items that were approved and they signed off on it and then we start stripping them to be installed."

Note: they did not say a firm date for shipping, they said a firm date for testing, they did not say they are shipping this week!
