The Big Issue for VRSZ: the managements/insiders put the money loaned from the banks into their own pockets instead of putting into operations, as being reported. Isn't it like stealing ? Then, they want to shut down the company so that they could Run Away with the stolen money!

They're crooks and their stealing behaviours ruined the company.

This company will be Shut down and criminal charges follows.
