Point is, the appearance of impropriety.

They claim to be making an effort to correct past wrongdoings and unfulfilled promises, but then fail to provide transparency?
What was the point of removing the chill and supposedly doing an audit if they’re afraid to release timely financials for fear scaring investors even more?

What are they scared of - the price can’t possibly fall much further!
