Quote BS LOL, "$OCAT shareholders should know within 2 weeks as to whom the mkt buyer(s) are as they must file SEC public documentation within 10 business days of having acquired +5% ownership.

For example Ken Dart thru Eastern Capital often acquires Pharma shares openly, as well as BlackRock etc. Other Hedge Fds do as well acquire +5% ownership assuming that they will make a profit in the ownership. "

WHAT??????????????????????????????? LOL !!!!!

What "market buyers" and supposed new +5% owners and SEC documents????? There's no proof anyone/firm has been buying OCAT shares in large quantities? How is that known or proven?

For all one knows, EVERY SHARE TRADED SINCE the tender/buy-out was formerly announced has been a SELL ORDER. The MM market makers would have to take the "other side" of everyone of those trades and fill um as they must maintain liquidity in the stock.

There's no proof or even hint or indication of any net "buying" of shares going on???? EVERY BUY-OUT/Tender/Merger situation ALWAYS GOES RIGHT TO THE TENDER PRICE and trades within a few pennies of it (often in large volumes of "churn") right up until the deal closes- EVERY SINGLE TIME. The days/moments the shares trade a few lousy pennies above the tender is usually related to short positions being closed out or pre-made arrangements for ETF or other "funds" to exit their holdings, etc

NOT ONE INDICATION YET THAT ASTELLAS IS NOT GOING TO GET THE 50.1% THEY NEED TO FORM A MERGER and thus gain 100% control over OCATA. WHERE IS THERE A SHRED OF PROOF THAT THAT SITUATION HAS OCCURRED OR IS OCCURRING YET????????? WHERE????????

http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2009/10/14/the-peculiarities-of-tender-offers/?_r=0

That's a very detailed offer on tender buy-outs (among many easily found) and it points out that the way OCATA is/has been trading since the formal tender announcement is 100% NORMAL. NOTHING UNUSUAL IN THE SLIGHTEST.

ALL INDICATIONS I SEE are that this deal is moving ahead full steam for $8.50 a share and NOTHING too date or yet indicates that Astellas has not or will not get/buy the tendered shares they need to close this deal. What firm/ETF etc is not going to SELL and SELL LIKE FLINT for an easy double they can "put on their books" for year 2016, LOL !!!! A near DOUBLE for any of them big ole "institutions" that all claimed were buying and buying big, LOL !! Well, now they're all gonna be SELLING and SELLING BIG IMO as every fund mgr on the planet lives and dies by their END OF YEAR BONUS and a 70% or so gainer in their portfolio isn't no lump of Christmas coal and can help cover a lot of other bad decisions during the year, LOL !!!

$8.50 is the price and there's not a SHRED of evidence IMO that anything related to that has changed yet or is impeding this deal from moving ahead, 100% full steam ahead.
