My experience is during jury selection, judge gives guidance of settlement based on discovery evidence and application of the law, and many times jurors are dismissed in favor of a settlement. Otherwise look for a verdict within 3 months.

I still think end of tax year will play heavy in this. I also have confidence Playboys CFO to bring all parties to a reasonable conclusion. I know Iehab is a more than reasonable man often taken advantage of due to his willingness to compromise. I know a company that beat him out of $800,000 when he gave them discounted pricing for years.
