I believe the dilution, and the associated meteoric rise in the float, is what continues to pressure this share price into sub atomic levels.

If management keeps issuing the stock for cash, which they put in their pocket, and the outstanding share count continues to skyrocket, this CHIT will never recover.

But management will make bank, which is the objective, so mission accomplished.

Do the right thing Mr CEO!
Look out for the tiny shareholders Mr CEO!

If the CEO had shareholders in mind he would not be implementing a toxic plan to raise money to pay the million dollar payroll while driving the stock price into something remarkably similar to a neutrino.
