They really have not burned through all that much money to get this going.
As an example on the Canadian Venture Exchange symbol PTK was a solar company, lost 60 million. Started working on something else has a market cap of like 180 million with no sales for 4 years and 15 million in the bank. Another company on that exchange "IMP" is waiting for "big deal" which keeps getting delayed for a contract , which is not even signed. Market cap about 40 million. Negative working capital of 15 million (worse than Windstream)
Between potential incentives, a favorable credit line workout situation (california and import-export bank) gives it at least a chance of working out. With the best financials being the most recent and a good quarter expected (4th) and 1,000-2000 finished units in India by 12/31 I think its on track to do 6-10 million next year and grow rapidly.
This is assuming they make it. It seems to me the toxic should top out soon, i think a big check is coming from Argentina which finished up after the 9/30 statement. Also the Jamaican situation is a wildcard. Some 20 million in orders but not sure what/when, working on that now.
