Dr Z, if "We all know the JNJ patent isn't going to hold" then what basis, if any, has J&J had to sue DECN and sandbag lo all these years? The answer is what longs have been saying all along: NONE whatsoever! That's why this is going to be a great 60 days or so for DECN, IMO.
