anyways... this company has at least a value of 27.3 million dollars after the merger. the current o/s is roughly 367 million

those who got in @ 0,0041 have a winner if the os is below 27.3mil / 0,0041 = 6.658.536.585 shares when the veil has been lifted :D

instead of trying to understand the 8K ill just bread it out... its definitely worth the risk imo.

furthermore the fact that a 2.5 million note can be converted into a maximum of 4.9% of the o/s is a good sign aswell imo.
