unfortunately english is not my native language and its quite hard to get for me aswell.

but i also read in the 8k that an investor (search for aviation in the 8K) issued that 2.5million note. so does pro star actually receive 2.5million from that investor or do they get this note which they can convert into 4.9% shares?

84,9% of 600.000.000 is 509.400.000 shares. but there is already 330million shares issued right now. that doesnt add up for me...

i hate those 8Ks... hard to actually understand them if you arent a lawyer or someone with years of experience in the field...
