That outcome has not come to pass, but Pervasip managed to sell 60% of itself to Kreisler, for $0 cash...
...and then it sold another 51% of itself to TCA Global for $500K.
Give away 60% here, 51% there, and pretty soon there's no company left.
Or, rather, the common shareholders owns 0% of it.
