Yes, most people reading the board have seen that info.
The point is , if you look back on this board (late oct) there are examples given of post dilution whacked stocks staging dramatic recoveries, even companies with 8 billion shares.

In this case there are growing revenues and while I am still gathering information there is a significant chunk that should be recognized this quarter from the Argentina project. There are sales literally all over the world and this "toxic debt" thing might be short lived under any number of scenarios.

I look at the market valuation. It is currently at 220k based on what you "might" be able to get stock at, and at 110k-140k based on what the company is able to unload toxic stock at.

For a company with sales in the millions, close to profitability (with one of the biggest obstacles being the high interest expense).

The other issue is that while these financials are probably the most difficult of any I have ever had to read, some of the debt is actually derivative related booked debt for the cost you are seeing in the discount of conversion. It appears like some goes away with the debt if its paid off. Approx 2 million falls into this category.

Not sure this company is dead yet, its a strong possibility but unlike others here I have found..

1- that management did NOT benefit from any pump and dump scam but is indeed hard at work on trying to make this work.

2- The company has sales, finished goods and good prospects for sales in at least a half dozen countries

3- The credit line at least appears to have a shot at being re-worked (as I described in a prior post)

I have more contacts in to people and will report what I find
