To my knowledge and memory we never applied for a european patent.

I don't think anything has substantially change in this arena. Just more of the same o wait o. Of course I must point out that you can't apply in this day and age for a patent on a bogus product. We would have been nailed a couple of years ago if it wasn't valid. Just sayin!

Just thought I might throw that in the mix for the doubters who think JN should be strung up as a lier!
