When they do the spin off of IVXX, and they will do it...some time in the future there will be a need to develop a date of record of ownership. I hope TRTC management reads this thought of mine.

Make the date of record for free spin off shares March of 2015. Then pro rate the discount cost for the IPO from there. I say this because of the label "Bagholder" that is used will change from negative to positive and loyal shareholders will benefit and flippers, malcontents and paid distractors will have reaped what they sowed.
