Shares were never locked up. Stock promoter Vakser has always been a liar. That is the exact reason for the increase in o/s to 7.26 billion. Linduff cannot be responsible for what occurred before his FULL, SOLE OWNERSHIP OF TDEY. Although he did a stellar job by terminating Oak River's 1 billion shares (would have been an 8.26 billion o/s) and reducing the o/s to 5.46 billion, so far. Never saw former TDEY owner Eddie Vakser ever do that.
