That's a fair reply RSP...but at this point I can't imagine management doing anything but great things because they obviously want a higher PPS to sell into.

Wouldn't make sense to max out O/S or raise A/S anytime soon until after they (including Des and Ken) are able to sell some or most. That would take awhile anyway which is why this should not be a concern til mid 2016. If they did it would kill NGCG like you said. Their shares would then be worthless.

My question for whoever reads this is... Why would they increase/raise A/S & O/S before they able to sell some/most/all? What would make more sense...running PPS up to sell into or A/S O/S increase to kill PPS making their shares worthless.
