Its already been approved by shareholders...they stated they may not even do it and will be filing for an extension from Nasday for bid price deficiency. I wouldn't mind seeing it though...First choice is obviously for this to get to $1 w/o the R/S, but if they do it I think it would really benefit the company. Insiders own a huge amount here.
