The clear path was found out but only company insiders know. Its obvious from the last fluff PR about the fda meeting that they dont wanna scare common shareholders yet with the info from that meeting. That info is not protected and is perfectly legal to share with shareholders but jim chose not too because what the FDA said was not good for current shareholders.

And the 3rd billion nobody said cadwell is selling...it was said that the 3rd billion is about to convert with the rs/uplist. So yes dilutuon before dilution and thats before more dilution.

We are at the launching pad of epic dilution. All current shareholders are about to be demolished.
