Endless nonsense! You do not start up a company with with nothing and go to the NYSE! There are requirements and a mandatory $4 min share price, and things that a start up does not have!

You do not know what you are talking about!

You keep saying that any company that takes on a convertible WILL FAIL! That is complete BS.

This conversation ends here for me. You can blabber nonsense as you wish. You would do better to study something about finance, perhaps learn some math skills and then apply them.
