Well that is not true. A company with no cash, virtually no assets but a user base borrowed a crap load of money (5 million), within a year they were nearly gone. Stock fell had fallen 99% from about 4.65 to 20 cents. I road a triple from 20 to 59 cents. Then there was a party that came forward to invest then worked out most of the debt. Even though I was out the stock went over 1.20. Then back down to 40 cents or so, but its still in business.

5-10 million is not huge money these days. Plus I think in this case you have things which i do not see in other cases.

1- Revenues of real products

2- Finished inventory

3- 2 million dollar investment in a subsidiary by outsiders

4- Potentially valuable IP (patents)

The fact that management , while "ruining things" in many peoples eyes is still trying to survive shows me they did not clean up from a dump operation.

Like I said, still a bad situation but worth looking at.

Also people ignore the market cap of the company being 230k.

Working the financials, keep in mind that the crazy interest expense goes away if they can do a workout and also the buyers would have to buy others stock (not newly issued discounted stock).
