I have to do some of that--you should try the "W" button (paste from word)--it will preserve your cell data colors from your spreadsheet--but not the background color which you will to do within the CK table...

see the football table---if it didn't preserve the column colors, it would be a nightmare as that is how I annotate wins/losses....
