The reason why S-JAY- Express wants to buy the certificates is because ; he wants to get the incriminating evidence back so he won't be the target of a class action lawsuit. I'm sure he doesn't want to be the focus of a major investigation in NY. , because Wall Street is located near by. , and people that do this kind of thing have things to hide( most likely has done fraud before) , and if an investigation occurs, it may bring up things he got away with in the past. But it doesn't matter because with all the evidence , he will be going to jail, pretty darn sure
