Why do you think that Ntephe continues to ignore the market and fails to see the efficacy of promoting the company ?? Its not in the best interests of shareholders or those drawing a very generous salary !

Is it being stubborn, stupid or are they dancing to a different agenda. ie an agenda that somehow benefits Offor and a few insiders ?
