Heard back from Angel via email today, I shared a couple articles on CannLabs and asked if he had thoughts.

Unfortunately some of the email may be against TOS and I don't want to scrub it so much that I misrepresent anything but there are a couple sections I can share in entirety.

"a) This is the type of thing that happens when predatory lenders operating Pink Sheet entities are interested in selling stock instead of providing services. Our industry is need of better capital sources. The public cannabis arena is full of capital-lending predators, and this will not be the last occurrence of these cut and run tactics. There are 100 quick-fix deals I could have taken for BG -- I did not -- and this is why."

"d) I still have not sold a single share of RIGH stock that I own, and the same is true for any company insiders that have been issued stock."
