What I meant with regards my suggestion to Benny and trademarking, I was referring to anything that is proprietary. Many businesses operate in exact structure and industry but there are still processes and technologies that can be implemented to set yourself apart and some of that can be proprietary which can give you the edge over the other guy.

In summary- I agree with everything you stated. At the end of the day, the product can be amazing. If the person behind it is not operating it correctly there is no point. Benny needs to keep the training wheels on for sure. These things take time to develop. Hopefully Benny is learning from his failures and using them in a better direction.
