TGE or DXPE- which deserves a higher PE?
Both in the oil and gas service sector in the US, and both growing like crazy. DXPE will have 1M shares coming out soon, so around 16% dilution. Even so, if you annualize the $.44 fully taxed and diluted they just made for the Mar qtr and dilute by 16%, you have the stock selling at about a 20 PE going forward. On the other hand, if you take TGE, and annualize the $.18 fully taxed and diluted for the Mar qtr, you get a 16 PE going forward. However, it does appear DXPE is growing qicker- anyone familiar? Wade
