So, if the 3,000,000 shares haven't started selling then who/what is trying to make it look like they are being sold?

Wouldn't that be illegal?

it's why i was so curious about who *reported* for Sept (nice 800,000 *split* between VNDM and NN)

and if carried thru into October .. (NN back in sole position by a massive % amount *reported*)

it's also why i noted ARCA's *utilization* on 10.12.15 .. and their activation from October thru (into mid) November

also *confirmed* by what got reported re: ATS Dark Pool %s ( reported 4 weeks in arrears)

slowly but surely the *manipulation* layers are being exposed ..

bottom line is colluding entities (in play re: PTOI since 2009 to today) need *legit* PTOI shares sold

instead 200 P2O investors' hold strong .. waiting (some more patiently than others) .. :)
