You could be correct but with a stock that is primarily news driven you could also be horribly wrong. Highly doubtful, but what if this halted right now because a pr came out saying we partnered with basf and expected revenues are 100 million a year and we resumed trading at .50? What happened to your cheap shares then? Was it worth it to miss out because you wanted to save .0005 of a share?!?? HELL NO!! This is an accumulate when you have the money play regardless where it's at. IMO
