Actually, 100% true. They raised 50 million dollars through dilution (see additional paid in capital and stockholder equity) which they blew through in addition to all the money they generated in revenue and never made a dime in profit.

Approx 50 million dollars from financing and tens of millions in cash received from revenue and only less than 2 million in the bank. Why? Because they spent it all. The only reason they have money in the bank is from dilution, not from profit.
