How many times do some here have to be told and hear that
THE CELL IS REAL?

JN has stated that the third prototype was completed successfully!

It has been stated that the cell was and is ready for lab to fab!

It has been stated that the cell has been presented to multiple manufacturers but nobody wants to stop production when they can already sell everything the are making!

JN has stated that he underestimated the difficulty of getting the cell to market!

JN stated that he needed to hire someone to market THE CELL. Yes, as far as we know that hasn't happened yet. Perhaps one of the disillusioned would care to volunteer?

At this point in time the cell is an ace in the hole, to be pursued when the incentive programs expire. At that time manufacturers will be looking for an edge as their production and profits wane. The 3D cell will be that edge for some company.

SLTD can NOT afford to build it's own manufacturing plant nor do I think we should. JN stated from the beginning that the plan was to license the cell. Therefore waiting makes sense. The market will see a need eventually.

In the meantime JN is moving us into a very good position of profit. Moving us forward with speed from a micro cap company to a small cap. The cell will only enhance things.

It is absolutely HEROIC that some people can claim they have never made a mis-statement. That they have always achieved every goal set in front of them or by them. These same people might claim they have never deviated from the road they set for themselves. I applaud and worship anyone who can obtain that. They of course would be considered a saint or martyr.

One final thought here.

If Jim is continually misleading investors with FALSE STATEMENTS in regards to the cells existence, I would submit to all that our CEO is courting felony charges. I would submit that he is intentionally committing fraud knowing the penalty to HIMSELF, HIS FAMILY, HIS COMPANY AND YES TO HIS INVESTORS!

I would suggest that those investors who feel they can not trust the management of SLTD to keep their best interest in mind move on. The hypocrisy is making me sick. The self public flagellation of their discontent, as they continue to make money from this stock is disingenuous at best, and self serving at the least.

To "hoist with one's own petard" comes to mind for these types.
