The insiders already got theirs. In the form of selling shares at $0.10+ a share and by monthly royalty fees (remember, Nate still owns the the pancake stuff, not NHMD) paid from the proceeds of the toxic financing.

Now, the people making money are the toxic funders themselves. It's simple. Buy stock at a fraction of what it is trading and dump it immediately for a 200-400% profit. Not a bad day's work. We're all in the wrong business, except some of us have morals that get in the way of destroying companies and their shareholders.
