Yo, I don’t know if I’d go that far, but Dr. Denner has not proven to be as stand-up as I would have hoped. The only solid BoD folks Ariad has ever had the left company long ago, effective, principled, stand-up. Denner has emerged only one rung better than the rest of the legacy BoD.
Denner has certainly taken care of his interests, though. He was on the right path by finding the corruption that caused the 3 that left long ago, but then instead of cleaning house, made a deal for himself but not us, i.e. you and me and every shareholder. Denner is essentially running the company now, HB getting $4-6 M, we get a pps of $6 or so, no one, and I mean no one BoD showing at the AGM, and HB leaves us with some pie in the sky b/e plan for 2018. Can you or anyone tell me how we are getting to b/e? Denner hasn't said, and in fact hasn't shared much o any plans.
The company is in defilade. The incompetent BoD have isolated themselves in their silence, protected by by-law insolation, and are acting with impunity. No one is accountable to anybody for anything. I don't trust or care for any of the BoD much, most less, than others.
The BoD overpaid themselves and the CEO, they breached their fiduciary responsibilities, they doctored their records and coerced and bought off their accuser...I want THE TRUTH!!!
