The next step,as 8q states,is FFIN will submit an application to FINRA to be able to open a trading exchange in the US so that they can serve there customers in other countries with a better service of trading US securities.FFIN already trades in the US markets but there are,so to speak,middlemen they need to go through to do so.This imposes a higher transaction charge on FFIN's investors in Russia.Also,JMO,upon FINRA's acceptance of FFIN as a broker/dealer in US securities,this would also open up a better opportunity for American investors to be able to trade on the Russian market place.It's going to be interesting to see how this goes.I feel MR.Turlov CEO has good intention's to see this through and financial support to make it happen. http://ffin.ru/
