Great post BigD and you are right. Many now are worried about the adage in Pennyland of "Buy on Rumor and sell on News"!! Most penny stocks adhere to that and put alot of Fluff type PRs knowing that the PPS will spike on them. Insiders then sell INTO the RUN!! The fact ALONE that alot of Institutional buys should instill confidence in most but as you say Alot of investors have been burned in the pennies!! Me included to be honest. Thanks again for all your sharing on these boards.
