Actually this will get ugly - Rosen's defense that Sullivan was not provac in NY is interesting. That is a good weak point they found.

Also Rosen is going after Menon credentials - the Harvard phd and past claim - that is a weak link - they may not be able attack on products as K, B and P made good progress and some backing based on recent developments.

It is clear - it will not be cakewalk for Sullivan and long drawn battle - Leo will need funds.
