That would be great but seems like they can never get that done and I don't know why: 2011 was supposedly being done. See a pattern here. Why most stuff can be taken with a grain of salt. They posted all these PR's about uplisting to OTCBB OTCQB for over 3 years and nadda...

CHICO, CA – March 14, 2011
The audit of financial records for 2009 and 2010 is expected to begin mid-April and to be completed in the August/September 2011 timeframe. Once the audit is complete, the Form 10K annual reports will be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for review and comment. Once accepted, AmeraMex will file audited quarterly Form 10Qs and a yearly Form 10K with the SEC.

"We are pleased to announce that we are on the path to becoming a fully reporting company," commented AmeraMex President and CEO Lee Hamre. "Our next milestone is to apply for listing on the OTCBB or OTCQB trading platform. This transition is expected to provide additional exposure within the investment community, which in turn should provide improved liquidity in our common stock," added Hamre.

In mid April, AmeraMex began its SEC audit to become a fully reporting public company. With the progress being made, the auditors now believe the audit could be completed later this month for submission to the SEC in July. "We look forward to getting through the submittal process so we can apply for listing on the OTCBB or the OTCQB. This will be a significant accomplishment and longtime goal for me, our loyal shareholders and the entire AmeraMex management team," said Hamre

The two-year audit is expected to be finalized shortly. The 2011 year end had to be completed before finalizing the audit.

The company also announced during the conference call that the two-year audit, being performed by Irvine, CA-based Squar Milner for the period ended December 31, 2010 and December 31, 2011, is

expected to be filed with the SEC by the end of July

The company also announced the resignation of CFO Jeffery Knott. AmeraMex has a search underway to replace Knott who resigned for personal reasons. The accounting firm of Newton and Associates will assist the company's in-house accounting staff until the position is filled. This resignation has delayed the filing of the company's annual reports with the SEC.

“We are already in the process of developing and managing accounting controls in preparation of implementing a new accounting system that will allow us to easily and accurately provide all SEC financial information to the SEC in a timely fashion,” said AmeraMex CEO Lee Hamre. “We have also added outside personnel to assist our accounting group in their efforts to provide the auditing firm the necessary financial information to finalize the two-year SEC audit, which is long past due. As the most two current years of audits must be submitted, we now expect the audits for the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2012 to be completed and submitted to the SEC by the end of the first quarter of 2013.

SEC audit status

The company is interviewing new auditing firms in the Bay area that have a good understanding of our industry. Management will not renew the audit process until they have all the monies set aside to complete the audit in a timely manner.

AND FINALLY AFTER 3 Years of becoming SEC Audited

CHICO, CA – August 21, 2014
AmeraMex CFO Kevin Atkin commented, “The delay in reporting our second quarter was due to the replacement of our accounting system. During the process of replacing our very old, complex accounting system with a system better adapted to handle the accounting complexities of our company, we discovered two areas that required significant adjustments - cost of goods sold and inventory valuation. Our goal is to be prepared for a two-year SEC audit to begin when the Niger agreement is funded.
