IMO it is because only the well-informed in this investment sector really even notice the news. They jump on it early, pps rises, but no one else cares. Then the pps just settles down a bit.

Titan has made no announcements or has gotten press that puts them on the map yet. Hard to believe, I think, but what else could it be?
