True but doesn't this 'not part of' mean exactly the same as warrants not done yet? At least that is how it can be understood.

Yes most likely 15-20 soon. Still I believe buyout coming before yearend.

Just like Tob999 said market cap too low...we may see x10-x20 rally coming short-term
