How quickly, or conveniently, we forget. The 30 million shares was actually 33 million shares. It was a private placement issued by SEVU to management at $0.10 per share. That would seem a GOOD price now, but back in 2001, when this stealing was going on, the stock price was still at $0.50 to $0.60 per share. You can see what happens to a company's stock price when investors figure out what management is up to. Anyway, I am surprised you have forgotten about the PP so quickly Gotin. You were still pumping back then too. In fact, here is a copy of your post to the other pumper on this board, Bigbizz, on 9/6/2001 where you are trying to diflect attention away from the stealing that was clearly going on.

Bigbizz, perhaps the PP was put in place to stay off a hostile type takeover. When the threat is over, the PP is closed. I seem to remember in 1999 something like that was done with the 10% royalty to be paid to SEVU for secureview. When the threat was gone so was the 10% royalty.

Anything is possible. There can be any number of plausible (sp?) reasons. Including FG's, but not ONLY FG's.

Just another idea.
