This CEO is a clown. First off lets give the shareholders preferred shares. Not going to happened. Next we tell the audience we are going to sell preferred shares at 4.00 share everyone is going to want to own because this company is so great. Not going to happened. We are going to be listed on the NYSE. Now this is going to happened, LOL. Now we have a access to supposedly 5 million dollars which I am sure they got a little check from there creditors. Probably the first real money this scam has seen in awhile. I bet they were happy, lol.
