Are willing to sell at any price... hence it hampers any potential
for higher creep.
It works like this.... 1 step forward, 5 steps back.
Especially when larger than normal volume hits on the downside.
Sellers are willing to sell into any bid.
Thats how it hampers any chance for appreciation.
Sort of a self-defeatest strategy but people want to sell so thats what
they will do. Flippers catching these desperate sells have a better
chance to make money without it going much higher than $0.03
