They haven't officially released the shares (still shows cusip #), HOWEVER, the transaction history shows this:

What the hell is this??!?! A mandatory $20 fee to process the reorganization for ARCSD?? And they still haven't released them.

I am done with this $#!^. E-Turd is gone by next Monday. Which broker should I switch to? Anyone????
