DILUTION - Legal Action - Interested?

Just asking if any other stockholders are concerned about all the shares issued over the past year while NOTHING has happened at the company. Shares were issued while deceptive statements were being made to stockholders. We were told shares were issued to start production, we gave a substantial number of shares for what I think was a plastic housing patent, and recently there were a number of shares issued for what we were told was a $1.5 million equity investment. Has anyone seen the money or the details of that last equity placement?

If there are any other stockholders interested in having someone look into these issues please private message me. I have not checked into what something like this might cost, but, obviously, the more stockholders involved, the less the cost would be per stockholder.
