The BOD if Ariad is in total control, Denner is just one board member with one vote. They will dilute again in 18 months, and the share price will still be $5-$6. This story has played out since the beginning of Wall Street, where the only thing that matters is extending your job runway for these unfriendly board members. No respect for shareholders.
