I don't see why the company is giving away shares instead of initiating a buyback to negate the need for a reverse split?

They are basically giving out 0.25 for EVERY 1,000 shares owned??
Man! That's a TON of money when you think of how many millions upon millions are being held by ...How many individuals???

Wouldn't a buy back be a better move AND a PPS bolstering PR?
I know I would buy back in if they announced that!
