Wonder why this Bloomberg profile decided list him as interim...? Still is bugging me.. Why would the CEO (Brian) resign after the Hard Rock discussions... "On October 26, 2015 , Brian Stevendale resigned as a director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. On that same day, John Duggan assumed the title of Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of the Company."

Update: Nevermind... is also lists him as President/Interim CFO Cabo Verde Capital Inc, 5/2015-10/2015
