No, this is a stock that has left many shareholders holding a big bag. This is down massive from its manipulated highs.

Notice almost no volume at the all time low?

ZERO cash on hand! Shares will need to be sold again, and the shares will be given out at 50% market discount at the very least.

A new 52 week low should hit soon.
